At this point in the experience, you’ll get to see a real working copper still and learn about the process of making gin all the way from picking to sipping. Before we can let you loose on our exquisite handcrafted gin, you’ll first need to learn how to taste gin like a pro. Discover how to identify the unique vapours, ingredients and flavour profiles to look out for. Throughout the experience, we’ll explore each different type of gin and taste them as we go, putting your tasting skills to the test.
